Delete your AFERIY account
The fastest verified deletion path is available in the app: open Profile, tap your profile details, choose Delete account, and confirm.
If you cannot access the app, email support@aferiy.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “AFERIY account deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
Your account profile, authentication sessions, bound-device records and credentials, command history, and stored device status associated with the account are deleted. Information that must be retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations is kept only for the required period.
Processing time
In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Verified support requests are normally completed within 30 days.
